Pick your name, your role, and the event — then start the clock.

      Manager access

      Enter the manager PIN to set rates and view payroll.

      Default PIN is 1234 — change it in Settings once you're in.

      Payroll

      What you owe, grouped by person. Tap a name to see each shift.

      Mark a pay period paid

      Pick the date range you paid out, preview who's in it, then mark them all paid at once.

      Events & rates

      Set the hourly Head and Assistant rate per event. Editing a rate only affects shifts logged after the change.

      Employees

      Add or remove staff. Removing someone keeps their past shifts in payroll history.

      Settings

      Change the manager PIN.
